IT Buyback, Data Destruction and ITAD in Kuwait

Kuwait has a large retail, banking and oil and gas sector with regular IT refreshes. We help Kuwaiti companies recover value from retired IT and dispose of data-bearing devices securely.

Collection

How collection works in Kuwait

We work with retailers, banks and corporates in Kuwait City, Sharq, Shuwaikh, Ahmadi and the free trade zone. For sites outside the UAE, we either destroy the data on site before anything moves, or work through a vetted local partner. Used electronics crossing GCC borders need the right customs paperwork, and hazardous e-waste falls under the Basel Convention, so we plan the route before we collect.

Rules that apply

Data protection and e-waste rules in Kuwait

Kuwait’s data privacy rules are set by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) through its Data Privacy Protection Regulation. Banks and financial companies are also subject to Central Bank of Kuwait requirements. Certified destruction records support both.

General information, not legal advice. See our guide to GCC data protection laws.
