What decides the price of used phones

Model and storage

The model and storage size set the base price. Flagship phones hold their value longest.

Locks

iCloud Activation Lock, Google account lock (FRP) and MDM enrolment must be removed. A locked phone is worth only its parts.

Screen and housing

Screen burn, cracks and housing damage are graded per unit.

Battery health

Battery capacity is checked on every phone and affects the grade.

Network lock and region

Unlocked and GCC-specification phones are easier to resell.

Data and documentation

How we handle your phones

Each phone is logged by IMEI, checked for locks, tested and erased with verified mobile erasure software. You receive a certificate listing every IMEI. Phones that cannot be erased because of a fault are physically destroyed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you buy iPhones with Activation Lock?

Only for parts, at a much lower price. Ask your users to sign out of iCloud, or remove the lock through Apple Business Manager, before collection.

Can you collect phones from staff in different offices?

Yes. We collect from each site, or send prepaid return packs to remote employees.

Do you buy phones from retail returns?

Yes. We buy returns, open-box and refurbished phones by the lot from retailers and distributors.
