How we price

What decides the price of used servers

Generation

Dell 14th and 15th generation, HPE Gen10 and newer, and equivalent platforms are in demand. Older generations are often priced for parts.

CPU and memory

Processor model and memory size usually make up most of a server’s value. Send the configuration if you have it.

Drives and controllers

SAS and NVMe SSDs, RAID controllers and network cards add value if they can be wiped and resold.

Completeness

Rails, power supplies, bezels and drive caddies all matter to buyers.

Quantity

Identical servers in volume sell as a lot and earn a better unit price.

Data and documentation

How we handle your servers

Drives are erased with verified software to NIST SP 800-88, or shredded at your site or ours. Each drive is logged by serial number and listed on your certificate. Servers are tested, then resold whole or broken down into components.

Yes. Many organisations keep or shred drives. We price the servers without storage.

Yes. On-site shredding is available when data cannot leave your building, with your team watching.
