How we handle your printers

Printer and copier hard drives and memory are wiped or removed and shredded, and listed on your certificate by machine serial number. Toner and machines that cannot be resold are recycled.

Many multifunction devices have a hard drive or flash storage holding scanned and printed documents. We clear or destroy it before anything leaves our hands.

Leased machines belong to the leasing company. We can work with the lessor at the end of the lease.
